With smart asset and occupancy sensors, we provide real-time occupancy and environmental data, as well as location tracking of assets. Our proprietary software and hardware provide analytics, control, and safety to optimize resource utilization and reduce operational expenses, while making indoor environments healthier and more sustainable.

Role Description

As a Senior Space Management Consultant, you’ll play a vital role in analyzing space utilization data and providing expert recommendations to our clients. You’ll be responsible for:

  • Analyzing extensive space utilization data to derive actionable insights.
  • Advising clients on optimizing their space for efficiency, safety, and comfort.
  • Staying abreast of and adhering to relevant standards in space management (such as ISO/TC 267 Facility Management, BOMA Standards for measuring spaces, etc.).
  • Contributing to the advancement of DIREK’s AI engine for building management, ensuring it meets the evolving needs of modern spaces.

This is a hybrid role offering the flexibility to work both on-site and remotely.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of professional experience in commercial real estate or consulting industry
  • Extensive knowledge of space management and utilization
  • Ability to analyze space utilization data and develop efficient layout designs
  • Excellent project management and client communication skills
  • Proficient in using space management software tools
  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or Facilities Management, or related field
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Experience in managing and mentoring junior consultants is preferred
  • Continuing professional development and a growth mindset is preferred
