Job Description:

As a Full Stack Developer at DIREK you will play a crucial role in the development of our AI based IoT projects. You will be responsible for creating robust, scalable, and secure solutions that leverage the latest technologies. Your expertise in both front-end and back-end development will be instrumental in driving the success of our projects. As a Full Stack Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining software applications for managing the built environment. You will work with both front-end and back-end frameworks and technologies to create seamless user experiences. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs, provide customized solutions, and deliver high-quality software products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain front-end applications using Angular framework.
- Design, implement, and optimize back-end services using FastAPI, Kafka, Redis, SQL, and Python.
- Collaborate with the AI team to implement AI algorithms into IoT solutions.
- Build and maintain APIs, ensuring they are modular, scalable, and secure.
- Implement best practices for security and testing at every stage of development.
- Contribute to DevOps practices and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
- Ensure code quality and scalability of the solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and objectives.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies.
- Uphold coding standards and ensure compliance
Requirements:
- Strong experience in front-end development with Angular (+3 years)
- Proficiency in back-end development using FastAPI, Kafka, Redis, SQL, and Python (+3 years)
- Skilled in crafting RESTful APIs for web service development
- Experience with implementing AI algorithms is a plus.
- Solid understanding of security best practices
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Ability to write clean, maintainable, and scalable code
- Good understanding of software development practices such as Agile, Test Driven Development (TDD), and Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD)
- Ability to communicate complex technical ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences, and work effectively in cross-functional and collaborative teams
- Experience with AWS or other cloud providers is a plus
- Experience with IoT, machine learning, or data analytics is a plus
